Beyond the EXTRAORDINARY
MATERIAL
In 2023, a new stakeholder consultation was conducted using the methodology established in 2022, which has integrated previous lessons on sustainability. This was done in response to changes in the industry, economic variables in the country and internal reorganizations within the Corporation. The techniques employed were:
- In-depth interview: businessmen, suppliers and allies.
- Focus groups: employees, businessmen, suppliers and Sustainability and Development Committee.
- Semi-structured surveys: evaluation of the level of importance and relevance of the different material topics on a Likert scale and open questions that inquired about the recommendations of the stakeholders to the relationship and our value proposition.
These steps allowed us to define our new materiality in a clear and structured way to give greater focus in this report on those topics of interest to our stakeholders and allow us to prioritize some topics whose importance and relevance we must deepen in our management for 2024 onwards.

The heart of our corporation is our stakeholders. For them, we develop actions aimed at generating relationships of shared value, thus enabling social, economic and environmental processes that result in growth and development for all.
Causes
A cause is what motivates us to get up every day to work with the closeness, trust and awareness that we provide our entrepreneurs, guaranteeing access to to financial services.

Our management model allows us to consolidate the operation of the elements of the organization, providing an integrative view and aligned with the defined strategy.
Sustainable development goals
At Interactuar we are committed to contributing to the materialization of the 2030 Agenda, through the contribution of our purpose to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These guide our actions to generate environmental, social and economic value for both Interactuar and our stakeholders.
Through access to financial services with value-added support, we are able to contribute to this goal, because increasing the income of entrepreneurs and their families allows them to enjoy greater well-being and improve fundamental aspects such as health, food, education and housing.
We promote the importance of gender equality and women's autonomy to achieve the development of human potential with integrity and dignity, contributing to the generation of empowerment for the implementation of own productive projects, in the family and in the territory. Our accompaniments from the training programs allow the participation of all, enabling the social integration of communities with a gender approach.
We provide affordable credit, promote micro and small businesses, stimulating entrepreneurship and the creation of productive and decent employment. Our services contribute to increase the income of vulnerable populations, to contribute to sustained and inclusive economic growth.
We promote equal access to financial services and productive credit for women and young people in the cities and the countryside, contributing to the generation of decent and equitable employment. In addition, our valuable support allows us to better guide and prepare entrepreneurs, so that those who yearn for a better present and future can continue with their dreams and avoid other illicit alternatives that threaten security and the construction of peaceful and inclusive societies.
Within the strategic focus of providing access to the middle class and seeking its consolidation, we seek to create increasingly sustainable companies. That is why, from the Base Method of Acceleration (MBA), we work on the principles of environmental care as key instruments that accompany business management in making increasingly conscious decisions. We insist on sustainable management, conservation and proper management of natural resources.
